A1. Yes, we are using it almost exclusively for vehicle location and history.
Q2. How much do you use this feature as opposed to the traditional functionality of the system?
A2. We use it when we are away from our PC and in the field; to locate vehicles when clients call.
Q3. Was this feature easy to learn and to adapt to your business?
A3. The feature was very easy to learn and has become a very valuable tool!
Q4. In using LIVE Maps, is this something you feel you could easily train other employees to use?
A4. Employees can be very easily trained.
Q5. Is this feature mission critical to your business?
A5. It certainly is now!
Q6. If asked, what would you share with another business owner/person about this feature?
A6. There is a huge convenience of having the power of the system in your pocket.
Q7. Other thoughts/comments?
A7. The App for iPhone is the greatest addition to Checkmate and I could not imagine our business without it. It allows us to stay on top of our fleet when we are away from the conventional internet.
