Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board

The Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board is extremely pleased with the business relationship we share with Kerr Global.  Our school board is currently using the fleet tracking solutions to monitor bus routes for our Transportation Department.

From the point of install we have been very pleased with the service we have received from Kerr Global. Installation was on location and was complete in a very efficient and timely manner. The install of all GPS units on our fleet was complete ahead of schedule with no issues experienced during completion.

Our contacts with this company, Lisa Smith, Marc Rochon and in particular Sean McKenna and Mike Herenberg have gone over and above to provide solutions to our needs. They were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The fact that any of these individuals are only a phone call away makes our department feel more at ease with the tracking system we have purchased. In addition this team is always eager to modify portions of the software to accommodate our needs. Kerr Global is dependable and has an excellent hardware and software team.

Our department has had Kerr Global in operation on a number of our buses since May 2010. The original install was a test group to observe what this tracking system had to offer. The Transportation Department of the CBVRSB was very satisfied with what we monitored in the first few months of testing. We were able to reduce idling times, speed & harsh breaking violations on the test group within 2 months. We now have the GPS units in our whole fleet and the advantages are numerous. As mentioned we are controlling idling and violations. We are also more efficiently managing routes, overtime hours, maintenance costs and misuse. We are confident that we will save our department money and run in the most efficient manner using the tracking solutions provided by Kerry Global.

In conclusion I would like to add that we are now looking at tracking students who get on our buses for transport to school locations. Sean and Mike of Kerr Global are now looking into how they can help us take care of this option of our route control as well. The Transportation Department of the CBVRSB is very pleased with the service we are receiving from Kerr Global and the quality hardware and software they provide. I would highly recommend them to any company looking at a GPS tracking system.
